[galaxy-dev] N-way splitter (poor man's parallelization)

Hi all, I've written a tool to split an input file into several output files. This tool can be used in workflows, has variable number of output datasets (2 to 10), and supports splitting FASTA/FASTQ files (keeping groups of 2/4 lines together when splitting). It's a stop-gap hack until Galaxy allows automatic splitting/looping in workflows.
