[galaxy-dev] REFERENCE genome in Bowtie2

Dear Galaxy Representative, I'm trying to use Bowtie2 in Galaxy and I need to select reference genome. It says "If your genome of interest is not listed, contact the Galaxy team " and that is why I am contacting you. My genome of interest is Maize (corn, Zea mays) and information about it can be found at http://www.maizegdb.org/ Thank you.
