Hi Jasmin,
at first you need to install mercurial. Under debian/ubuntu install it
with:
sudo apt-get mercurial
Then you can check out all the necessary stuff with:
hg clone https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-dist
You can start galaxy with:
./run.sh
