[galaxy-dev] missing setup.sh in galaxy source code

Hi Galaxy developers, I have download the galaxy code via mercurial hg clone https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central The downloaded code, however, does not contain the "setup.sh" file. Could you let me know how do I run "setup" now? Thank you.
