Hi guys,<div><br></div><div>Recently we have discovered there is a bug in the database dump utility. And we had used the same utility to migrate the galaxy mysql database once.</div><div><br></div><div>That resulted the on the current galaxy database, two tables are missing:</div>
<div><br></div><div>genome_index_tool_data</div><div>tool_dependency</div><div><br></div><div>I am wondering if there is a safe way to repair the database so that these two tables get added back?</div><div><br></div><div>
