I found this ( https://raw.githubusercontent.com/galaxyproject/usegalaxy-playbook/8d1fe99ef08fbdc1aa1fd7060b05fb63fef79e3b/files/galaxy/test.galaxyproject.org/var/migrated_tools_conf.xml ) file.

If I would copy migrated_tools_conf.xml into the galaxy/config folder then would galaxy/run.sh script install all tools describe in that file?
