Thank you very much for your help.It seems that the static/scripts/galaxy.menu.js fail to work in my local Galaxy.As a result,would you please show me some more details about this?

Hi Shenwiyn,

This has changed recently. Please take a look at:

static/scripts/galaxy.menu.js

Using that file, you can add/remove/change labels and their position. It is recommended to run pack_scripts.py after changing the source file.
