Hi Aris, 1) Not currently, though you can easily delete all hidden datasets in a history at once using the "Delete Hidden Datasets" option in the history menu. 2) This is intentionally not exposed to the user, though as an administrator you could find this information by looking at the dataset information display prior to deleting, which should include a "Full Path" line. -Dannon On Tue, Apr 30, 2013 at 7:18 AM, Aristos Aristodimou < aris.aristodimou@gmail.com> wrote:
Dear dev,
I have two questions
1) Is there a function that I can use to delete a dataset from the history? I have a tool that uses as input a hidden dataset and I want to delete the hidden dataset once the tool is executed. I have the filename of the dataset and I was wondering if there is a function that I can use for deleting it.
2) When a user deletes a dataset is there a way to get the filename of the deleted dataset?
Thanks, Aris ___________________________________________________________ Please keep all replies on the list by using "reply all" in your mail client. To manage your subscriptions to this and other Galaxy lists, please use the interface at: http://lists.bx.psu.edu/
