[galaxy-dev] URL in universe_wsgi.ini

Hi, the following URL (found in the universe_wsgi.ini): http://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/wiki/Config/LoadBalancing , which actually shows an empty page, should be changed to: http://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/wiki/Config/WebApplicationScaling thanks, Erick
