Hi Mic,

The name of galaxy's default configuration file changed a while back (from universe_wsgi.ini to galaxy.ini) but there is no functional difference.  Edit your copy of galaxy.ini the same way you see the tutorial changing universe_wsgi.ini and you should be good to go.
