Hi David,<div><br></div><div>We download quality score files (qual.fa) from UCSC and convert them to binned array format using scripts from bx-python (<a href="https://bitbucket.org/james_taylor/bx-python/wiki/Home">https://bitbucket.org/james_taylor/bx-python/wiki/Home</a>) to enable fast seek. </div>
