[galaxy-dev] Local Galaxy Install - Debug Report FROM address as Admin and not User?

Howdy, On our local Galaxy install, everytime a user submits a bug report, it does email all the admins -- as defined in universe_wsgi.ini -- but the FROM address is not of the user, but rather the first email address from the admin list. Is this normal? May we have it changed so the FROM address is that of the user?
