I know what this means, generally, but not in the context of Galaxy. Is this a telltale symptom, or is it too generic to say?
Hard to say, but it's coming from your script and is indeed causing your job to fail. You might find it easier to debug if you run your tool/wrapper script from the command line. Best, J.
