[galaxy-dev] Subject: Serving Galaxy at a sub directory - symptoms without "filter-with = proxy-prefix"

This info is definitely useful! I ran into this exact same problem last week, trying to set up a new instance of galaxy from the mercurial repo. I was re-using a previous install's apache config; saw the same web page results. Had to go to the galaxy web docs to track down that filter-with setting. Damion
