I'd like to share a new tool for Galaxy:

A Column Normalizer - Takes a tab-delimiter file with numeric values, and normalizes them.

The tool is useful if you need to compare ratios between files of different values.

Although you can normalize data manually in Galaxy (by using group + compute tools), it's hard to normalize data inside a workflow - which is what this tool is for.

This tool also provide finer control over the output format (scientific or decimal-point notations).

The tool is free for use.
