Hi Vipin, The '-id' argument to run_functional_tests.sh was broken until revision 2959:4bca8f8ed94d. Can you check to see that you have at least this version?
Yes, It is loading into my galaxy instance and I can run the tool through the web browser.
Here I am including the error message which I got from run_functional_tests.html file
File "/usr/lib/python2.5/unittest.py", line 260, in run testMethod()
File "/home/galaxy/galaxy-2.1.2009/eggs/py2.5-noplatform/nose-0.11.1-py2.5.egg/nose/failure.py", line 39, in runTest
raise self.exc_class(self.exc_val)
ValueError: No such test TestForTool_gentool
Hope this will help you. Thanks for your time.
