If you use the default (which is 60 days if I remember correctly), only data sets which have been 'deleted' more than 60 days ago will actually be removed.

Users quota never decrease when they delete items in their history. I have run the scripts in the cleanup_datasets directory but without success. I have no errors in the logs.
