To do so, i incorporated a splitting tool into our galaxy, which creates several smaller split-files, which can be more easily processed on a cluster in parallel. Now i would like to start a workflow with these splitfiles as input (without starting it manually by clicking lets say 100 times - for each split-file - the same procedure).

Is there an easy way to do that?
