Hello, While browsing through Galaxy's wiki (where's the "search" button, BTW??), I noticed this issue: http://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/issue/34/metadata-handling-in-wor... We have two tools that do exactly that (allow users to change metadata columns and dbkey), so these can be changed during a workflow (goes great with AWK or CUT tools which changes the columns, or when users want to run mapping on library as two or more organisms). I'm attaching the tools and you're welcomed to modify and use them. -gordon
