Hi there. I am trying to run MGTAXA to generate taxonomic predictions on assembled contigs in fasta format. I try to use both the gui at http://mgtaxa.jcvi.org/ with username aedlund@jcvi and 6926edlund@gmail.com. Both of these jobs have been running for days (they are yellow). When I try and use the standard command via the terminal nothing happens either. This command was working earlier for bacteria classification. Do you have any ideas of what I can do to use this tool?
