Hi, Sorry if this is a stupid question, but is the job id and other queue info, for a job that has run on a cluster available from within galaxy? Both during and and after completion of the job. Many thanks Anna
Hi Anna, This information should all be available in the admin -> manage jobs interface. Clicking on the job id will display more details. Are there other things that you'd like included that aren't there? -Dannon On Wed, Jan 7, 2015 at 11:50 AM, Anna Terry <iseeglass@googlemail.com> wrote:

Hi Dannon, many thanks, this is helpful. Would also be useful for the destination from the job_conf that was used to be displayed. And maybe the queue and node from the cluster, but appreciate that this may not be achievable due to the large number of cluster types that are supported. I would also like to access historical information about finished jobs, for the purposes of tuning settings in job_conf. Is this information kept?
