I'm surprised Galaxy don't have a workflow for where the contributor has posted the code on bitbucket (or another hg server). I'd expect something like "hg transplant" would work nicely here (the equivalent of "git cherry-pick").

Anyway, since you asked for patches, that was easy to do:

hg export 7ffc52983c92 > ../float_docstring_typo.patch hg export 8e8f1c8d8273 > ../param_name_cleanup.patch
