I don't know if you ever got any responses to this, but one of the users
of our local Galaxy instance has reported something similar wrt the
status of history items not automatically updating from starting to
running to done when using Internet Explorer.
I've reproduced the problem with IE 9 in a history with ~15 items. The
behaviour doesn't happen if I use Firefox 17.0.1 on the same platform.
Unlike in the earlier report however I do see similar behaviour when
using Galaxy main.
(The "peek" functionality also seems to fail occasionally but I think
this is a separate issue for us, at least I haven't detected a pattern yet.)
We're running galaxy-dist changeset 8285:f364d992270c.
Has anyone else encountered this or know of a workaround?
Many thanks & best wishes
