have a look at

/mnt/galaxy/data/galaxy/galaxy_dist/database/tmp

and

/mnt/galaxy/data/galaxy/galaxy_dist/database/job_working_directory

you might find some stuff to clean up there as well....though, I doubt it will be 24T....
