Taka, Great, I'm glad the workflow api is now working for you. Would you mind sharing the exact command you used to call workflow_execute.py?

It does sound like you're doing something very similar to what scripts/api/example_watch_folder.py does. That script also uploads from the file system to a data library and subsequently executes a workflow on the uploaded files. If you haven't already taken a look there, it could perhaps serve as another example for you.

I was able to upload files and the response gave me ids for each file with 32 characters although the README example returned 16 characters. (I used library_upload_from_import_dir.py)

Then I tried to execute a workflow using workflow_execute.py but it does not seem that the script accepts the ids.

Is there any ways to resolve this issue?
