Hi Siva This looks more like a problem with your EMBOSS installation. I assume you get the same error when you run it on the command line? And most likely, you got an error during the EMBOSS build, something like: "PNG libraries found"? Re-install EMBOSS. Have a look at the EMBOSS README file (section: "PNG driver") or contact the person who installed EMBOSS on your system.
