Hi, I've wondering what's the best way to share tools with other galaxy site sysops? I've got tool config xml files and associated datatype config files for many popular programs, like newbler, velvet, vmatch, mummer, lucy, uclust, cd-hit, more. Plus I've written several small but useful tools/utilities. I'd like to support Galaxy by making them available to others (and am interested in getting tools other have created as well). Please share! Right now the best way to do this is posting on the wiki: http://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/wiki/ThirdPartyTools We're very actively working on better ways to do this, including both a website for sharing and organizing tools, as well as better ways to package tools with their dependencies.
