I was successfully able to integrate the tools in my local version of Galaxy. Thanks a lot for your time and help. The issue that I could isolate was probably due to the incorrect integration of the Postgresql database.

The recent one, but it is quite sure that the tool integration in quite stable from past couple of months.

From the error it seems that it is not problem with Python environment set-up.
