tool xml data_columns interface
Hi all, I’m playing around with the data_column param in my tool xml. Excellent stuff. I only have a small point. The force_select attribute, can it not instead be called optional (and reverse its behaviour)? That would make it more similar to other params which have optional=true/false as an option (e.g. type=data). cheers, — Jorrit Boekel Proteomics systems developer BILS / Lehtiö lab Scilifelab Stockholm, Sweden
Hello Jorrit, This makes a great deal of sense to me - opened a pull request with the requested change here https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/pull-request/575/allow-using-att.... -John On Tue, Nov 25, 2014 at 9:58 AM, Jorrit Boekel <jorrit.boekel@scilifelab.se> wrote:
