Hi all, I am working on a local instance of Galaxy NGS tools system. I am using a tool 'Quality format converter' but it fails to give the result. Here is the error message. An error occurred running this job: */home/galaxy/galaxy-2/database/pbs/galaxy_16459.sh: line 13: fastq_quality_converter: command not found* script/file in my local instance galaxy tool directory.
