Hi Kimberly, To upload a dataset to a library, login to your Galaxy instance as an admin user where admin users are configured in your universe_wsgi.ini file using the setting: # this should be a comma-separated list of valid Galaxy users admin_users = In the admin menu on the left panel, select "Manage data libraries", then "Create a new data library", finally "Addd datasets to this library".
