Hi Nikolay,

There was a bug that was causing this drop down to be displayed even if no user information forms were defined. This has recently been fixed in the development source tree.

To define user information forms, navigate to: Admin -> Manage form definitions -> Create new form. Then select User Information from the Type drop down, and create the form as desired.
