Re: [galaxy-dev] Script which creates users
Can someone point me to the script that adds users to the user database? I want to check to see if a linux user name exists and add create that account if it doesn't. BTW, has anyone else implemented this? Thanks, Ilya Ilya Chorny Ph.D. Bioinformatics - Intern ichorny@illumina.com<mailto:ichorny@illumina.com> 858-202-4582
We use external authentication against our local LDAP directory - when configured for external auth, Galaxy will automagically create a user account the first time it sees a new user name from Apache - see https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/wiki/Config/ApacheProxy On Wed, Jun 1, 2011 at 1:55 PM, Chorny, Ilya <ichorny@illumina.com> wrote:
