Hi, I managed to install galaxy from the source available on the bitbucket website and i was able use it and to create a simple workflow, but then even if i have loaded data from the menu Get data > Upload file when i run the workflow the drop down list for input data set stays empty !? Hello Jorje, It may be that the uploaded data does not have the attributes set to be a recognized data type. To edit attributes for a dataset, click on the pencil icon in the History pane. Hi Jennifer, it still doesn't work, i think it is related to the fact that the data type is 'sff', because i have the choice between all other data type files available in my history to start my workflow, unless my sff file :-( any idea where i should look into to correct this ?
