Write permission for database/files
Hi All, Galaxy opens a directory under database/files when the #of data files increased. So, it goes 1,2,3 … etc. I want to give a write permission for these specific directories when they are created without changing umask in the user profile. Is there anybody who can tell me where galaxy creates these directories. Thanks in advance. Best, Alper
I did not implement this - so this is just an educated guess but I believe the relevant line of code is this: https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/src/3fb927653301a0c06a0bf94f2b6b... Hopefully someone will correct me if I am wrong. -John On Wed, Mar 12, 2014 at 1:39 PM, Alper Kucukural <alper@kucukural.com> wrote:
