Hi all, I have a suite_config.xml file in one of my Tool Shed packages, but I am unclear if this is still used, or simply a legacy from the old pre-hg-based Tool Shed? e.g. https://github.com/peterjc/pico_galaxy/blob/master/tools/protein_analysis/su... My understanding was this allowed the tool author some control over the appearance/order that the tools will be shown in the Galaxy left hand pane. Thanks, Peter
