Hello, The package_bioconductor_limma_3_28_10 refuses to install because the source of software is available in https://depot.galaxyproject.org/software/limma folder. It seems to have been removed because the file https://depot.galaxyproject.org/software/limma/SHA256SUM.txt contain a line with this source. Is it possible to update the package or to add these source in folder ?
