Hi, Thomas, You might not have come across the right wiki page - try http://wiki.galaxyproject.org/Admin/Tools/ToolConfigSyntax#A.3Crepeat.3E_tag... If a repeat is the right choice then min and max will do what you need I think.

Rather than adding additional increments to add/remove, what about allowing the user to directly set the number of elements in the repeat?
