Due to an increase in Spam volume (now more than 300 messages a week), this list has a new moderation policy:  You must first subscribe to the list before you can post to it.  Postings by non-members will be returned to the sender.

This will discourage posting by non-members (which we want to encourage), but with the previous policy, postings from non-members were getting lost in the flood (which was even more discouraging).
