Can we meet via Google Hangouts (meet.google.com/kvc-idam-ymt) on 

MEET 1: December 5th (4:55 AM Eugene; 6:25 PM Chandigarh; 1:55 PM Ghent/Paris, but 11:55 PM Melbourne) 

AND/OR 

MEET 2: December 5th 6:30 PM Eugene; December 6th 8:00 AM Chandigarh; 3:30 AM Ghent/Paris and 1:30 PM Melbourne).

Those in India can be present for both the meetings (MEET 1  AND MEET 2). Kiran and Anshu can join in for MEET1 and Dave and Sonika can join for MEET2?

Until then, let us jot down the progress that we have done until now in a Google Doc - or in reply to this mail?

I will send a calendar invite for both the Google Meets.

I will be in India from December 1st to 15th and we can all also decide on a date to discuss on what will need to be prioritized.  

Harpreet, I will be arriving December 1st at 5:15 AM in Delhi and will be travelling to Karnal, immediately. I will be in Chandigarh in the afternoon of December 5th and leave for Delhi on December 6th at 12 noon. The plan is to present a talk at IMTech on 5th. Would any of the days work for you to talk via phone or meet?

Anshu will be able to update regarding her travel plans.
