Hi All,

One of the people I contacted about a Galaxy Australia / Asia / Pacific community and platform was Sonika Tyagi, of Monash University in Melbourne. Sonika has been involved in Galaxy for a while and has done workshops in India. She was involved in planning the Galaxy AustralAsia Meeting in 2017.

Sonika can't make it to INCOB next month, but she is interested in the efforts of this group, and would like to be included in discussions.

Sonika also suggested contacting Dr Harpreet Singh, Head of Bioinformatics at HMV Jalandhar, Punjab, about INCOB and about this group.

What do people think? Should we bring In Sonika? Should we bring in Dr Singh?

I'll contact Dr. Singh about INCOB shortly, but I won't mention Galaxy India, unless this group tells me to.
