Hi Mohammad I am not sure about the exact content of the Train the Trainer workshop, but this page will give you some hints: https://swcarpentry.github.io/training-course/ see also: http://software-carpentry.org/scf/index.html http://ivory.idyll.org/blog/2014-swc-toronto-training.html As, the course would precede GCC2016, I assume the course will be at Indiana University as well. Hi Dave and Bjoern
I am surprised, only 4 people have shown an interest so far. Maybe we should extend the call to galaxy-dev?
We should be more than four, but even if we don't get the full '24', I am pretty sure, it will be easy to fill up the remaining slots with a public call. Software Carpentry / Data Carpentry Train the Trainer workshop are usually sold out pretty quickly, aren't-they?

Hi Björn, all,
Including you, I've heard from 4 people saying that they are interested. If anyone else is interested, or has comments, please let me know or respond to the list. We'll only plan this if the interest level justifies it.
Yeah, two days of S/DC Train the Trainer workshop would extend the total /GCC2016 Experience™/ to 7 days. However, I don't see a way around it. Their training is two days long and I think it's pretty packed. And I don't think that overlapping with either the Training Days or the Hackathons would be a good idea because of significant participation overlap.
Keep those response coming,
Dave C
