[gxy-train] Why do my datasets keep showing gray?

I have successfully uploaded RNA-seq fastq.gz using FTP. Then I back to Galaxy Server, hover to the left Tools panel and simply click on: Get Data → Upload File → Choose FTP File. I can see datasets that have been successfully uploaded, but they are always grayed in History. The state is waiting to be executed. It has been 20 hours. Is this normal?
