Hello Bjoern, A training session on Galaxy Tours will be great. We have started using it to demonstrate the use of dataset collection for proteomics and short proteogenomics workflows. It is a lot of work - but results are worth it. Hi GTN!
Today is the deadline to hand-in workshop proposals. Sorry for the late notice. We were thinking of handing in a session about:
* GTN github repo + template * Galaxy tours * Best-practices * Some kind of train the trainer * Galaxy-Hub ?
A mixture or only parts of it, not sure. Do you think we should do this? Other ideas?
What about a Galaxy GTN talk?
