Hi Rodolfo,
Using Rpy to interface Galaxy and R was not a good idea in my experience, when Rpy was used Galaxy seams to not be able to handle the interruption of a file being loaded (e.g network failure or refresh action in the browser) we solved the problem by using Popen instead.

Jorge

Hi Rodolfo,

You are probably not using the macports python to run galaxy... please
check by entering "which python" in console.

Thanks,

Kanwei
