Using Galaxy test I tried to run three different ORF-finders from EMBOSS: "getorf", "sixpack" and "transeq". All of them gave the same error:
"An error occurred running this job: sixpack: error while loading shared libraries: libX11.so.6: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"
