do you have any prevision of incorporating this new Illumina short reads mapper called Stampy ( Genome Res. 2010 Oct 27 Stampy: A statistical algorithm for sensitive and fast mapping of Illumina sequence reads.) in Galaxy?

 

Has any galaxy user tried this new program?
