[galaxy-user] How to implement the button "send query to galaxy" in UCSC Main tool

Hi, Can u tell me how to implement the "send query to galaxy" button on page http://genome.ucsc.edu/cgi-bin/hgTables ? which is the tool in (Get Data)->(UCSC Main tool), on page 2. Thanks
