Hi, <br>I see that the public galaxy at <a href="http://usegalaxy.org">usegalaxy.org</a> <br>has a few differences with a local installation in that some tools are not implemented as well. <br>for e.g. <br>./tools/sr_mapping/bowtie_color_wrapper.xml<br>
