Hello Amit,

There is no tool to perform this task as a stand-alone function. However, using a annotation/mapping tool such as Blastn on a local or cloud instance and a combination of Galaxy's comparison and filter tools (such as those in the group " Operate on Genomic Intervals") could likely be used to develop a workflow.
